PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Our products are grown and bottled in Poland, then imported to the United States.
Yes, we recommend you refrigerate our products after opening. Jams and mustards should be consumed within 90 days, pickled vegetables should be consumed within 7 days.
To extend the freshness of our products, opt for a clean utensil every time you dive in for that delicious pickle. Sure, it takes a little extra effort, but also prevents pesky bacteria from crashing the party.
Most of our products have a generous two-year shelf life when unopened. Due to storage restrictions, we can guarantee freshness of unopened products for 6 months after purchase. Once opened, refrigerate the product and use a clean utensil every time you reach into the jar. We recommend consuming pickled vegetables within 7 days of opening and 90 days for jams and mustards. If you forget to refrigerate the product within 2 days of opening, we recommend it’s best to let it go.
Our products are neither certified Kosher or certified non-GMO. They are 100% vegan, though.
Due to our pasteurization process, our products are not a suitable source of probiotics.
Yes! Our jars are fully recyclable.
It is always best to abide by the printed best-by date and storage recommendations for each food product. However, everyone should be familiar with the signs of food spoilage to be safe. Signs that a food item has spoiled include yeasty off-odors, fermented alcohol-like flavors, gas bubbles, and mold growth, which may appear as fuzzy patches inside the jar or on the product itself. Another tell-tale sign is separation of ingredients or other changes in texture. If you notice these signs, do not consume and dispose of the food product.

All orders are shipped free of charge using Fedex Ground and Fedex Home Delivery.
We’re thrilled to deliver our products to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. At the moment, we don’t offer international shipping or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico as well as other U.S. territories or military bases, but we’re constantly expanding our reach!
We accept all Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards along with the convenience of express checkout through Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Yes! We frequently offer promotions – SUBSCRIBE to our email list to stay up to date on all current and upcoming promotions.
All orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Delivery times will vary based upon location, but typically expect your order within 3 to 7 days once shipped. All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Illinois. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Our freshness guarantee is backed by a 30-day return window. If the product arrives damaged, or not as fresh as expected, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. Unopened products can be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility)
