Pickled Mushroom Walnut Dip

1. In a food processor, whip together the Greek yogurt and cottage cheese until smooth.

2. Chop the pickled mushrooms in a food processor or by hand.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped Greek yogurt and cottage cheese with the chopped mushrooms and walnuts.

4. Add salt, garlic powder, and chopped cilantro. Mix everything well until fully incorporated.

5. Garnish with more chopped cilantro, chopped walnuts, and a few sliced pickled mushrooms.
